Overview
Facing the era of digitalization and the dynamics of human resource management, the automation of administrative processes has become a crucial need for companies. As a Frontend Developer, I acted as the lead developer in designing and building HRIS-Len, an integrated web-based Human Resource Information System ecosystem. Working collaboratively with HR stakeholders, Product Managers, and designers, we ensured this solution addresses daily operational challenges.
This system contains various essential features, including accurate attendance recording, a multi-level approval leave management system, an automated payroll calculation module that considers taxes and salary components, KPI-based performance management, project assignments, and an integrated kanban-based recruitment system.
My primary contribution centered on designing the system architecture from end to end, ranging from structuring complex relational database schemas, integrating the backend and dynamic frontend interfaces, to creating extensive data seeding scripts to replicate real-world scenarios for validation purposes.
From an engineering practice perspective, this system was built using the Next.js foundation for responsive interfaces, NestJS for a robust REST API, Prisma ORM for data integrity, and the implementation of clean code architecture. Ultimately, this HRIS-Len innovation was realized to completely overhaul manual bureaucracy into a smart, efficient, and transparent digital system, while establishing a strategic foothold for the company’s future.

Objectives
- Design a robust architecture using Next.js and NestJS to ensure the performance and scalability of secure employee data processing.
- Create a centralized platform that successfully cuts manual HR administrative bureaucracy and accelerates the company’s productivity level.
- Deliver a modern, responsive, and intuitive visual interface through interactive elements (such as drag-and-drop) for ease of use.
- Automate the entire human resource lifecycle; linking recruitment, attendance, leave, and payroll modules without operational gaps.
- Adhere to software standards (clean code), ensure database integrity using Prisma, and reinforce access right boundaries (RBAC).
