Overview

Transparent regional financial governance requires a reliable reporting system, where the processing of Budget Realization Report (LRA) data is often constrained by fragmentation. Responding to this, I acted as a Full-Stack Developer who led the software architecture design from end to end. This effort gave birth to SERIL (Financial Performance Evaluation and Reporting System), a modern web platform specifically designed to simplify the LRA evaluation process. During its development, I collaborated intensively with the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Treasury (Kanwil DJPb) and local government representatives to ensure regulatory compliance and operational workflow efficiency.

SERIL presents cutting-edge features such as account hierarchy management, a smart mapping system, to a comprehensive analytical dashboard that visualizes regional surplus/deficit in real-time. My technical contributions include executing database migration to PostgreSQL, stabilizing API calculation algorithms, to completely overhauling the UI/UX interface to feel more premium through custom navigation designs and sticky tables.

This entire development cycle is based on the best engineering practices, including clean code implementation, utilization of Next.js, Prisma ORM, and Docker architecture. Ultimately, SERIL exists not merely to solve clerical reporting issues, but successfully serves as a solid technological foundation for strategic, accurate, and data-driven fiscal decision making.

Enforce clean code standards and modular component structures to ensure long-term application scalability and maintenance.
